1、Project Introduction
Guangdong Guohan Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is planning to build  3×600,000 tons/year Propane Dehydrogenation for Propylene Project (PDH) in the Chaozhou Portside Industrial Transfer Park (coinciding with the Fujian-Guangdong Economic Cooperation Zone). The project will be constructed in two phases. One set of 600,000 tons/year PDH device, and a 350,000 tons/year polypropylene device will be built in the first phase. In the second phase, two sets of 600,000 tons/year PDH devices will be built. After completion of the project, production capacity can reach 1,800,000 tons/year for propylene and 350,000 tons/year for polypropylene. At the same time, the PDH project as a leading project, will support the construction of Chemical Industry Park with an area of about 3,000 acres, which couldattract downstream manufacturers to invest about 10 billion yuan for a complete chemical industry chain. The Chemical Industry Park will utilize propane and carbon four resources to develop propylene and carbon four downstream industries, extend the development of new chemical materials industry, and focus on the high-end chemical new materials, including: polypropylene, acrylic acid, propylene oxide, hydrogen peroxide hydrogenation, of which acrylic acid can continue to produce Butyl acrylate. Locatedin Guangdong, the park can radiate South China and serve the whole country. It aims to become an important olefin and chemical new materials production park in China. This project can optimize the regional energy structure, and  also has significant value on propelling local economies’ sustainable development. We trust the  local people will benefit greatly from this project.




  

The project includes: whole plant important facilities (comprehensive building (two sets), central control room (two sets), analytical laboratory, substation, circulating water field (four sets), fire-fighting station (two places), fire-fighting water station (two sets), desalinated water station, air-pressing nitrogen station and distributed energy) equipment area (600,000 tons/year X3 PDH device, 300,000 tons/year X2 polypropylene devices, 300,000 tons / year propylene oxide device).


2、Industrial Park

Chaozhou Portside Industrial Transfer Park is located in Suocheng Town, Raoping County, Chaozhou City. Raoping County locates on the eastern coast of Guangdong Province. The Tropic of Cancer passes through the southern part of the county. Its east and northeast part adjoin to Fujian’s Zhaoan County and Pinghe County. It borders Dapu County in the north, and Fengshun County, Chaozhou City and Chenghai in the west and southwest. It neighbors South China Sea in the south and faces Nan’ao County across the sea. The county in Huanggang Town lies between two special economic zones, Shantou and Xiamen, where 54 kilometers from Shantou City, 518 kilometers from Guangzhou, 184 nautical miles from Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and 198 nautical miles from Hong Kong. Its regional location leads to its superior conditions on resources, raw materials, market radiation and depth. Chaozhou City has advantages of port and land transportation and it is suitable for the construction of processing-type chemical industrial parks. The park plans to build 80,000 tons/year methyl ethyl ketone device, 200,000 tons/year maleic anhydride device, 205,000 million tons/year hydrogen peroxide device, 100,000 tons/year succinic anhydride device, 90,000 tons/year methyl methacrylate device, 2X130,000 tons/year acrylonitrile device, 180,000 tons/year waste acid regeneration device, 130,000 tons/year synthetic ammonia device, hydrogen energy comprehensive utilization zone, LNG cold energy utilization zone, etc.) and auxiliary facilities (ground torch, elevated torch, first-level sewage processing, sewage treatment plant, accident pool, tank area, automobile loading facilities, marketing center, chemical warehouse, hazardous waste temporary storage room, electromechanical maintenance room and spare parts warehouse, etc.). For the purpose of making full use of the site conditions and saving investment, the important facilities (comprehensive building, central control room, analytical laboratory, substation, fire station, fire water station), air suppression nitrogen station and electromechanical maintenance room and spare parts library will be arranged on the west and north sides of the boundary. The central part, where close to the inbound roads, will be for the installation area and the project supporting facilities. It facilitates the transportation for its raw material and products. Tank areas, automobile loading facilities, first-level sewage processing, accident pool and marketing center will be arranged on the west side. Limited by first-phase project, the central and eastern parts will be constructed for ground flares and elevated flares. The sewage treatment plant will be placed on the south side of the boundary.
